Springlake Masterplan

This masterplan was created from a surveying plan using vector illustration and photoshop effects to achieve the textured final result. The masterplan needed to include existing ‘significant’ trees and a lot of specific detail constructed especially for the lake and Springlake Gardens area. This masterplan was used in printed brochures and on a touchscreen in the Sales and Information Centre.
